Barratt Homes

Recycl8 partnered with Breedon Group to supply R8Mix concrete for the foundation of a new Barratt and David Wilson Homes property at the Huntingtower housing development in Perth, Scotland. This was the first residential pour of our sustainable mix, combining recycled materials, blended cement, and aggregate to significantly reduce embodied carbon.

By repurposing waste materials and minimising reliance on virgin resources, this project showcased the potential of R8Mix to deliver high-performance, lower-carbon solutions for modern residential construction.
